Cast release forms

  Here you will find my cast and crew release form, which is a legal agreement between the producer and actor. Producers need these as it gives them the write once signed to use any performance that was made/created in conjunction/ association with their film. Basically stating you have the right to use whatever the cast or crew has given you in regards to creating the film, whether this is them action or filming etc.Below is a blank form before being filled in for evidence.

your assistance in the squandered production is much appreciated  as follows below you will find our agreement.

You officially grant the film producer exclusive rights to use your participation in the Squandered film for recording, editing and distribution, as well as contesting to the use of personal contributions such as your name, voice, likeness in connection with the publicity and exploitation of sequences forever.

this stated agreement shall be legally transferrable(assignable) by the producer, Madeline Silkstone and shall be interpreted in accordance to the laws of England.
